No good data looking at Heparin and thrombophilia, solely on the basis of poor ob history
MTHFR, without high homocysteine, is best managed with nothing more than B complex supplements- this is the recommended tx even with an elevated homocysteine. Nothing to suggest Heparin provides additional benefit, although many docs prescribe it
