Question (Threatened loss mentioned)

A friend of mine is 16 weeks pregnant. For reasons unknown at this time her water has broken and she has no amniotic fluid left at all. THe pregnancy was going well up and until now and the baby has a heartbeat of 180. She also had a slight bleed when the bag of waters ruptured. What kind of prognosis does this situation generally pose? Thanks for your help.
