two soft markers and scared

I went for a routine ultrasound this week at 16 weeks. They found two soft markers in my baby a cyst on the brain and abnormal kidneys. My doctor said these are signs of chromosone abnormalities and is sending me for another ultrasound. I did have a normal quad so I am pretty confused. I have found lots of stories about people having one marker and thier baby being fine but not two. Is it possible for the baby to fine? What are the chances of having two markers and a normal baby.
