That said, your heart rate seems elevated beyond what's normal for pregnancy. The question is whether it indicates some kind of heart problem. It is not unusual for heart problems to develop or become evident for the first time during pregnancy. A exam by a cardiologist would show what's going on with your heart to cause this. Your OB should know this and should be willing to refer you (if not to a cardio, then to a consult with a MFM specialist or perinatologist, who can then determine whether you need to be seen by a cardio).
BTDT... I developed congestive heart failure during my twin pregnancy due to a previously-unknown congenital heart defect. My symptoms were very similar to yours at 21 weeks - I got winded easily, my heartrate was elevated, but I didn't know that this was anything beyond normal pregnancy symptoms. My babies and I were fine in the end, and the problem resolved as soon as I delivered, but if it hadn't been discovered before the stress of labor, the odds wouldn't have been good. I don't mean to scare you, but you should definitely get this checked out.
