I also took lovenox in two pgs...

In the first one, it was a twin pg but nonetheless I saw my regular OB.
In the second one, a singleton pg, I had moved to another state and my OB referred me to a perinatologist to monitor the lovenox situation - he monitored my levels monthly and increased the dose as necessary. I felt that I had better care during the second pg.
I'd worry less about a label like "high risk" and more about whether you're getting appropriate care.
