Some are much more laid back than others. I had 2 mc's, and was dx'd with homozygous MTHFR, was on Baby aspirin and high dose folic acid (no Lovenox) and was considered "high risk". The good thing about it was I was monitored VERY closely, which helped my peace of mind, and I loved getting to see my baby on US every few weeks at first, then every week from 28 weeks on. I was also induced early (38 weeks) because of the "high risk" factor and the fact that my OB wanted me to be in a very controlled environment.
