Tear in amniotic sac at 11 weeks

Hello, Does anyone have any successful experiences with the sac re-sealing itself and giving birth to a healthy baby? In my ultrasound yesterday they saw no fluid with the fetus. My Dr. said I will most likely miscarry but there is a chance that the sac will heal and the baby will be fine. I would appreciate any information on this topic.
