Nuchal results - need to be worried?

I had my NT scan this past week. The baby was really active and measurements ranged from 2.1 to 2.4mm. The tech said they send in the highest measurement they get and that they want to see the # under 3. I left feeling fine about it. Then someone told me that the cut-off is 2.5mm and I am right on the cusp. I am turning 37 in November and I just know that the blood work is going to come back for an increased risk based upon my age alone. The baby was measuring 5 days ahead so I do not know if that could have affected the results. I really do not need this added stress.
