Try not to worry. I also had melanoma in-situ 6 years ago. Although melanoma itself is quite serious, in-situ is the best and earliest it can get with almost no chance of spreading or any further problems whatsoever. You can definitely nurse, but of course whatever makes you comfortable and you can talk to your OB and derm. It is beyond unlikely that it would spread to placenta, but you might has well have them test it for peace of mind. They tested my son's placenta with my history. Just stay vigilant and get your skin checks and congrats on catching this early.
By the way, I went through all kinds of ups and downs and stress with the whole thing so I understand your anxiety..
