Made a mistake and googled subchorionic hemorrhage

An ultrasound today revealed a "very small" subchorionic hemorrhage. I had spotted red for about 12 hours the day before, and it had since turned to brown. My OB was fairly unconcerned and said they rarely lead to a bad outcome (I'm 10w1d and the baby looked great). I made a terrible mistake and googled the condition, and now I'm scared half out of my mind. What questions should I have asked about size, location, etc.? Is the situation as gloom and doom as the internet implies? I need some small ray of sunshine and don't want to "confess" to my doc that I've been all over the internet scaring myself.
