Twins measuring behind

Hi I’m 7 weeks/5days pg with identical twins. I just had my u/s and my RE said they were measuring about 6 weeks/6 days but this was normal for twins at this stage. Their heart beats were 140 and 142. Is it ok for them to be measuring behind? I got pg via IVF with two blasts but only one took and split.
