Your greatest risk relates to your uterine anomaly, abnl uterine blood flow secondary to this- this predisposes you to abnl placentas (previa, bleeding)- would worry about the MTHFR, particularly with nml homocsyteine and with your neg hx. Wouldn't sweat the propthrombin
Baby ASA is reasonable- heparin a bit much, no clear indication- either way, neither will make you more prone to pregnancy bleeding.
What do you mean by "surviving the pregnancy"?
