Your symptoms may likely be worse with pregnancy, since many of them are common to the pregnant state. No known deterimental effect on baby that I am aware of- nothing specific to CAEBV and pregnancy outcome, however risks may be similar to those with heightened immune conditions (eg antiphospholipid sydrome, autoimmune disease)
