amnio~number cells cultured

I had an amnio 8 days ago, and when I contacted my MFM for results, they said the lab would need several more days, as they had only looked at 11 cells, but so far, everything was normal...I'm wondering how many total cells are generally looked at for final results, and if these 11 cells are a good indication everything will be normal? I'm 39, with prothrombin and homo. for MTHFR...would like to stop worrying about at least one thing.
