Partial placental abruptions

Can you tell me the risks straight fact. I have an abruption on the left side of the placenta. I is 4x3.5 My high risk ob says that is large. SO far it is wait and see go back tuesday for u/s I know this means I could be delivered early. I am due May 20th. I am 30wks on Saturday the 10th of March. I am a person who needs cold hard fact and i HATE having this pussyfooted around my like my OB is doing. I know the risks if I fully abrupt and I know IUGR is possible at this point but what else?
