When to stop Lovenox and BA?......(m

Hello Dr.!
I was active on this board last year after 2 losses, and then was diagnosed + MTHFR, high homosysteine, VanWillebronds disease, etc.
When we ttc'd again I was told to start BA and Lovenox to take for entie pg, and they both seemed to help this pg, as I am now 31 wks pg and have had no complications at all.
Now, I will be having a scheduled c-section in 7 wks, and am hearing conflicting info on when to stop the Lovenox and BA.
What protocol do you usually use for your pg patients who will have c-section and have been on these blood thinners?
When to stop?
When to start up again to reduce chance of blood clots after surgery?
