Isolated ventriculomegaly may increase your chances for fetal T21 above your background rate- your risk is exceedingly small based on the 1st and 2nd trimester screens (sequential risk on the order of 1/10000)
at 18-22 weeks, 10-12mm is considered borderline- at term this is within the normal range and is of likely little to no clinical significance in the absence of T21
