In the absence of a h/o blood clot, I wouldn't be obligated to prophylaxs you beyond 36 weeks gestation (high homo should be rx with Vit B complex, Von will irrelevant re: risks for clotting)
I'm glad to here you are doing well- I wouldn't sweat the details- do what you are most comfortable with
