cervical length doesn't correlate to PTD risk until after 16 weeks- your risk relates to 1) triplet gestation and 2) the occurence of bleeding- presence of SCH does really play into the equation
Although rest is frequently prescribed, no proven benefit in triplets in prolonging pregnancy.
