High risk pregnancy

I am 50 years old and pregnant via FET (from donor egg). I had a baby using this donor 3 years ago with no problems. I also have 2 children who are now 20 and 15 years. I am in good health, proper weight, try to exercise etc. All 3 of my children were born by c-sections. Should I see a high risk OB from the beginning even if I have no obvious problems due to my age and 3 previous c-sections?
