Your background risk would be that based on your 1st and 2nd trimester screen taken together
Your overall risk would be quite small- they probably used your age risk (1:60) in calculating your quad screen results which revealed a 15x risk redcution (1:800)- at the time of the scan your background risk was really 1/1650 by ist trimester screen, incorporating the quad screen risks reduction of 15x, your sequential risk is 1/26400 (1650x15)
