Hard to make sense of what they are seeing- sounds very subjective/subtle, nothing that is indicative of a problem per se.
We evaluate physical structures on U/S- this has no bearing/connection with your DS screening before previously (although DS fetuses may have birth defects on U/S)- most babies with birth defects do not have DS. Also, as is the case with a baby, things evolve over time- some birth defects evolve over the course of pregnancy, others not apparent until birth, long after
