cramping at 9 weeks 4 days(child, mc mentioned)

I have a history of PTL 24 weeks with son due to shortening cervix. I am having cramping since last Tuesday, sometimes quite painful requiring me to lay down. It is in mid to lower abd as well as pulling in the pelvic region. Had an u/s last Wed where everything looked fine. hormone levels ok, I am taking prometrium and estrogen.
No spotting. Could this be my cervix already or just normal stretching and pulling since no bleeding?
I have another appt in a week.
