As u see so many peps here, i will give fast history to refresh ur memory.
Selective IGA def. w/ anti iga antibodies
Ulcerative colitis (active) 20mg pred./off 6mp in prep. for breast feeding possible preemie.
APS-BA
LAC
PTL at 28,30 &33 wks w/ first pg, delivered at 33wks.
This pg, ctx started at 16wks (no pattern) started 17p injections.
19wks L&D for ctx, given brethine and bedrest
25wks admitted (1cm dilated and cervix from 4cm to 3cm)Ffn neg. put on mag, given betamethasone, stayed 6 days, home on procardia 10mg every 6hrs.
Back to l&D twice for terb shots, ctx usually about every 5-10min. sent home
28wks admitted, ctx every 2 min. magged, home on procardia/terb/xanax on wkends when son is home from school.
29.6wks l&d for ctx, cervix down to 2.4 via transvag. u/s, dilated about 1 1/2 cm. Fluid found in cervix, after i report fluid leakage during strong ctx, given terb shots, home.
I am wondering your opinion if its possible to get to atleast 33wks??? I know no one can really say, but a "opinion" would be great. I did deliver my son 3 days after a neg. ffn, so i personally don't trust the test. My ctx have become so strong i can not talk through them, and they bring tears to my eyes. I am pretty sure they are doing all they can for me at this point, im just desperate to have another opinion on my situation.
