~14wks, baby measuring small, spotting 1 mo., VERY low hormone levels
Posted by anyswonger on 18:12 4/18/2007:
Last week I got a call from my OB/GYN telling me that my blood test came back that my hormone levels were so low that it wasnt possible for me to be pregnant. The baby is also measuring small. My third issue is that I have been spotting for 1 month (2 days out of that month were bleeding, went to ER, etc.). The doctors are "puzzled". My ultrasound shows a beautiful baby with a good heartbeat, yet all these issues are happening. All they (OB/GYN & Perinatologist)are telling me is to "hope and pray for the best". Monday my OB/GYN spoke to me about abortions, but I would never do that if there is a chance of a healthy baby, which at this point there is hope. They dont know whats wrong. Thank you for your help!
