new here and a question

Hi...I have a history of pregnancy loss. I had my LMP Oct 6, but I O'd late. I had a - urine hCG at my dr's office Nov 14. One week later, Nov 21, I had a ++ HPT. Nov 23, I started cramping and bleeding. I went into the dr's office and he did a vag u/sound and beta hCG which was 3000++ and a small sac was visible. Today (Nov 27) another hCG showed a level of 11,547 but my vag u/sound only showed a small amount of growth in the sac and what the dr described as "might be" or "could be" a fetal pole. I'm going nuts. I have to wait a full week before a repeat u/sound. HELP!
