Scared, losing mucous plug at 32wks

I'll be 32 wks on Saturday (Jan. 12)and today (Jan. 10th) I've started lose my mucous plug. It's not huge amts but it's not teeny either. There is no blood so far but I'm pg with twins, and I have placenta previa plus our hospital won't deliver babies under 36wks. Should I be concerned that labour will start anytime within hours, days or week(s)?
