17p shots for twin pg, but no previous PTL.....
Started PTL at 17w....received 2 terb shots from 2 separate ER visits when she was contracting 3-5 min apart...no dialation took place.
Would she be a candidate for 17p shots? She doesn't have history of PTL (3 live births, but very complicated IF history with balanced translocation and 6 previous m/c with her last pg at 19w), but with her current PTL status and carrying twins, would that change things? She's now 19w.....
