Would need to have further studies to better understand significance (if any ) of this finding
things to consider include assessing your risk for loss of one twin, chromosomal abnl, checking for birth defects, and monitoring for twin to twin transfusion syndrome (no different than any other twin pregnancy)- risks are increased for these things in setting of thickened NT between 11-14 weeks
