Sacrococcygeal Teratoma...

I posted below that my girlfriend's baby has this problem. I received more info on this. The growth is fluid filled. Am I understanding that since this teratoma is fluid filled, there is less stress on the baby's heart than if it were blood filled? I read on the internet that blood filled teratoma's are more serious or did I misunderstand what I read. Thanks for your input.
