I am also compound heterozygous C677T/A1298C for MTHFR, was high on the IgM, and also experienced multiple losses (4 in a row). I went on Folgard (Folic Acid 4mg, B12, B6) and baby asprin prior to conception then went on Fragmin after + preg test. I stayed on the baby asprin for the first 3 months and continued w/ Fragmin for 9 months. It was very important to stay on the baby asprin for the first 3 months per my RE. I got pregnant w/ quads and lost 2 at about 9-10 weeks but never spotted. I carried twins to full term 37.5 weeks! My sisters also were diagnosed w/ compound heterozygous C677T/A1298C for MTHFR and also had losses. They both started on BA before conception and stayed on it and went to Fragmin and they both have 2 healthy children each. Read up about the importance of folic acid it is very important when trying to concieve when you have MTHFR.

Best of Luck-
