Anyone with IC? (Child and Loss ment)

Hello, I suffwe from IC, I had lost a little girl at 22 and 1/2 weeks due to prom and premature labor. My Son was 6 weeks early with a temp cerclage and hard core bed reset. My doc's are recomending a perminate cerglage if we intend on trying for anotehr child, and we do, does anyone have experiance with this?
My concern with this is it requires 2 stomic cuts, one to place the cerglage nad one to remove the baby (no mater if I make it to term or the baby dies) I feel like this is just adding more risk to my current situation for not that much more protection. I started opening around 14 weeks with my son and wentinto pre labor several times that they stopped.
