Forgot to ask question about ovary size...

Hi, sorry I didn't add this is my last message. I meant to ask if there is a problem that my left ovary is bigger than my right. I am 6w2d preg with twins (as explained in my previous message). In my u/s RE said my left ovary was 32 and right was 23. Is this a cause for concern? Could this be where the bleeding is coming from or would my doc have seen it in the u/s?
