Placenta previa

At my 20 week ultrasound, it showed that I have placenta previa at this point (completely covering my cervix). I know that there is a chance that it might resolve, but what is the likeliood, given gestational age and the fact that it's complete previa?

Also, I take 5000 units of Fragmin daily (because of antiphospholipid antibodies--I am positive for ACA and LA). Does the fact that I am on Fragmin pose a greater risk for me or the baby? Would you recommend taking any precautions at this point?
