Changes in skin and numbness above the lip
Posted by Nellers on 19:34 4/9/2008:
I was diagnosed with antiphospholipid syndrome in May 2007. I was put on Lovenox and baby aspirin at 6 weeks pregnant by an RE. I was taken off Lovenox at 20 weeks pregnant by a perinatologist. (So, I currently take the aspirin only.)
I have some questions that are bugging me. Is it normal for your belly to look two-toned during pregnancy? From what used to be my waist down, my belly is much darker (all the way around).
Also, I have been noticing slight tingling or numbness above my lip on the right side of my face. Is this circulation related? Should I ask to see if I need the Lovenox again now that I am almost 30 weeks?
Thank you.
Ellen
