Your condition is really involved and deserves the best care.
Seems like you should see a specialist in high-risk pregnancy (Maternal-Fetal Medicine) to help you out with this.
There are some tests that can be done before you get pregnant (such as hysterosalpingography) that can test whether you might have an incompetent cervix.
