Oh my.
I get these questions all the time.
How does one know if your doctor is competent to do a special procedure for an incompetent cervix.
Ask how many she's done in her life, how many she does each year, and what the outcomes have been.
This is sort of like anything else in life. The more you do it, the better you (usually) get at it.
