Abnormal pap @ 12wks. ?

First pg ended in a s/b @ 36 1/2 wks probably due to Maternal Fetal Hemmorhage. I'm 12w4d into second pregnancy. OB just put me on baby aspirin (as a precaution). I've had a abnormal pap in '92 which resulted in a cervical cone biopsy (due to the presence of cancerous cells). I have a STRONG family history of cervical/uterian/ovarian cancer. My pap came back (done at my 8wk visit) abnormal. My OB is putting on a med @ 15 wks (can't remember the name) to help combat the abnormal cells ? The pap is to be repeated in three months. What happens if it comes back abnormal again ? What could this mean to the pregnancy ? Are you familiar w/ the meds for this ?
