I had my cervix checked 2 weeks ago at 23 weeks (twins) due to very minor spotting and it was 3 cm. The Dr. said it was at the low end of normal range. I am now 25 weeks (no spotting) and been feeling a lot of pelvic pressure and am worried my cervix could have shortened some more. Is this possible in such a short period of time? Should I have it rechecked?
