Question about early Braxton Hicks with twins?

Dear Dr.
I am 24 weeks PG and am having what I think are Braxton Hicks contractions. I have one every once in a while and they started about 4 weeks ago. I thought it was the babies rolling over but a Lamaze coach told me it was braxton Hicks and it is too early for me to be having them. Last night I had a couple about an hour apart and I am very tired today. No other symtoms. Is this a red flag to pre-term labor? My cervix was checked 2 weeks ago and it was completly shut.
