Continuing Metformin in Pregnancy

I was pregant as a result of my last ivf but never saw a heartbeat. Did a d&c at 7 weeks.

I have PCOS and am being treated with metformin. I have read conflicting protocols as to whether or not metformin should be continued in pregnancy.

The testing from the d&c showed normal karyotype. I am also taking baby aspirin for this upcoming cycle. What is your opinion about continuing the metformin?
