After 3 m/c's i'mnow 11W5D - had 1st appt. yesterday with a high risk OB! I've been on heparin since 6W due to APA and all seems to be going well (knock on wood). The dr. recommends as a "precaution" i begin on prednisone 5mg 1x a day till about 34 weeks. Have you had experience in using this steroid and my main question is, could there be any adverse side affects on myself or baby using this even though i know its such a low dose?
