Hi Dr Amos and others,
I had a 19 week ultrasound and the nuchal measured to be 6.3mm they said this is a little thick and were concerned about down syndrome, so i got an amnio which thank the Lord came back normal. Allthough it was normal i am still concerned with what else the thickening could be a sign of, Could u tell me what this puts my baby at higher risk for besides for downs, and is 6.3mm real thick at 19 weeks, or could it be considered very close to normal? Thank you very much for your help.
