My first child died in utero at 22 weeks, why he didn't form correctly is unknown. His death caused me to get TTP, and I underwent plasmapheresis (though only for 3 days) in January. I have been healthy and strong since March. I want to get pregnant again and I was wondering if you could tell me what I should do to prepare for another pregnancy. I had surgery this summer with no problems and no relapse. I am 29 years old.
