multiple m/c , heter for MTHR, partial septum

Posted by rlipford on 16:19 10/23/2007:

I had a m/c at about 12 weeks after a heartbeat was heard 1-2 weeks
prior. This occurred 10/06 I got pregnant again on the 2nd period
following the first m/c (02/07) and lost the pregnancy within 8 days of
my missed period. We waited several months and I became pregnant
again with loss within 5 days of a positive test. ( testing + at approx
day 32). The vaginal ultra sound found no sack. This was in 09/07.

I am heterozygote for MTHFR and taking Folgard, prenatals, B12,
CoQ10, lactobacillius, and chromium piccolate.

Just learned of diganosis of a partial septum. The doctor would like to
do surgery for the septum and laproscopy. MRI also showed my left
ovary was higher then normal. This is likely due to surgery I had in
1986 for an ovarian cyst.

My question is, the septum is considered minor and the doctor told me
it could go either way as to whether I should have the surgery. He
recommended I have it to "eliminate the septum as a possiblity". I'm
not comfortable with that reason given the possible complications.
Should we try again first? A suggestion if we don't do the surgery is a
regiment of baby asprin 2x a day, progestone at cycle day 20 2x a day,
and heparin at a + test 2x a day? Need input from outside source.

Does it make sense to go forward with the surgery even though it is a
very minor septum??
