Hello!

I'm a newbie to the INCIID forum.
My husband and I have been through 3 IUI's and 2 IVF cycles in the past 3 years with no success. My diagnosis is ovarian insufficiency.

My husband and I agree that next IVF cycle will be with donor egg - because I am now 45 years old. We are changing clinics to one with more experience (and success) with donor eggs. I had a consult with an RE last week who also recommended ICSI and PGS with DE. From what I understand about PGS, ICSI is recommended so that the chromosomes do not get "confused" from multiple sperm signals. What is the error rate with this process?

I'm noticing clinics with high success rates tend to use both of these technologies. Is this a common practice with DE? Would there be any reason not to use ICSI or PGS.

Thanks for your reply!
