Vice President Joe Biden is making his first trip to Scranton since taking the oath of office to campaign for Pennsylvania Sen. Arlen Specter Friday. The event, less than a month before Specter faces Rep. Joe Sestak in a May 18 Democratic primary, will take place at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, and the Times-Tribune reports that Sen. Bob Casey and Reps. Paul Kanjorski and Chris Carney also plan to attend.
